hello everyone, did you got msg from your shipment Vendor that we need to pay some amount around 21 Euro to get our Google Pin Parcel? Just checking if we need to pay for it or it should be done via Google. Google never asked to pay any amount. Is it normal?
I did not receive any such message but I received a mail from the shipment vendor for shipment tracking @SusChat

Thank you for speaking up about this. It really is not normal but they are exceptional cases in every issue. I have faced something similar to this on my guiding stars gift.
I got back to the Google team and sorted it out nicely. Please be patient let’s see if we can escalate the issue with the GMs.

I recently got mail from my courier service about the parcel and when I collected the parcel they asked me to ~5 EUR, to collect my pin.
Please let me know whom I should contact from Google to get my refund.
