Hi @Mejbahul

According to the naming rules you can not use ALL CAPS as you suggested. Your edit it likely to fail.

Short place names max 3-4 letters can be in all capital letters.

Tell us what you have done so far and the status of those efforts (pending or denied).

You need to convince the local authorities to change the official name. Names on Google Maps will need to follow the official name and not any popular demand. Sorry.
