Hey! I’m a local guide & recently changed my name on my account. I noticed after that my contributed pictures counts stopped updating. Logged out of my devices & back in. Waited a few days & still the same counts. Please help!

While your account will remain the same, even with another name, this will not impact your view count.
What I have personally noticed is a slowdown of the number of views, probably due to the reduced use of Google Maps during the Lock-down that is happening on many countries of the world. I personally had only 39 new views on the last 8 hours.
BTW, a temporary glitch on the view count is always possible, especially if the team is working on some update. BTW, I haven’t seen any other report recently about this subject, while normally the community is very fast in noticing, and reporting, this kind of issues.
Please keep a track of the counts, and take some screenshot to add here, for the team to be able to check if there is an issue related to the view count.

Thanks for responding! The issue may not be an issue at all now. I did see last night that the number of views had updated. I think logging out & logging back in definitely has helped. I will continue to monitor the situation and let you know if all is not well. Thanks again & have a great weekend!
