We can not make edits for you. You are the one who have first hand personal knowledge about the needed edit.

Please read Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”? if you haven’t already done so.

What you are calling as a circle also has alternative names such as square, intersection or roundabout.

These are part of the map layer and Local Guides can not and also should not add that feature.

Further, I find, there is already a POI Swami Vivekanand Statue within the same interaction. That’s uneditable. Someone has created a fake POI at the same place to overcome that restriction.

Rightfully, the interaction should be called as Swami Vivekanand Circle and nothing else. The fake POI has to be deleted.
