How to change main phone number of business address on gmap. I already did this many times but could not done.
I need help, plz!

Phone numbers are used in the verification proces when a business owner wants to claim and verify his ownership of a place on Google Maps.

If phone numbers were easy to change then anyone with bad intentions could falsely claim the ownership.

Therefore phone numbers are notorious for being very difficult to change.

If you live in a country where the Google Business Profile program is available, then you should recommend the owner to claim it and then she/he can change the number.

If it is your business then the advice is the same.

Is this your personal business or someone else’s? The place to edit your business profile is on GMB. This Forum is for volunteer local guides contributing to the maps. Business owners or organizations are not not allowed to participate.

You can do this directly and easily from the maps now.Please visit This link to see how to update or edit the business information on GMB.

I am living in Viet Nam, i own this Business adress. Google does not approve the change requests.

Then you need to seek help

In the GBP help center

There you will find tons and tons of information on how to claim, and verify and edit your business information.
