Beautiful photo dear @NERKARAMIT
Outside India, very few people understand the concept of community dogs.
Most people think they are stray dogs - but they are not.
They belong to everyone.
Since childhood, we always had a common dog in our ‘Wada’.
Everyone would love him.
When the dog passed away, everyone in the Wada cried.
We had a public Atim Sanskar and Dahan ceremony - it was attended by 100+ people.
Excellent reviews and links - thanks for participating
Rustle Nest in in Baner also, thanks for sharing, I am going there soon…!

That’s a wonderful challenge!
@TusharSuradkar dada
I don’t have a doggo at home, but I love playing with them and cannot resist petting the dogs
. I believe in the concept of Adopt, don’t shop. Even strays need love and a home…!
I visited these places while on the run, so I haven’t written reviews for some of them yet. But I hope this information will be helpful for anyone looking for pet care
options:
AMTM India, Malad - I visited three years ago. They care for street and abandoned dogs and also provide food to animals in the area. Mobile phones weren’t allowed inside, which made it easier to enjoy quality time with the furry kids.
Pet Planet, Dombivli - They have a variety of pet food. On my last visit, found out that they even provide pet grooming services.
Premium Pets, Dombivli - They offer a variety of pet food and accessories, with many branches in Dombivli. Its on walkable distance from Dombivli station west
Pet Enrichment Clinic, Dombivli - Sometimes it’s not possible to take our four-legged friends everywhere we go, so a safe place like Pet Enrichment is a perfect solution for pet boarding. My friend once left her dog there when she was out of town, and they treated him like their own. They provide grooming and clinic too. They even have a “happy hour” where people can visit and spend time with the dogs. That happy hour is on my to-do list!
Dr. Salvi’s Pet Clinic - This new pet clinic is near Dombivli Station West. It’s located behind Rasranjan Hotel, just after you exit the middle bridge.
Pet’s Health Corner - I’ve seen dogs playing around this area and noticed this clinic near Don Taki, Dombivli West
Did you ever notice, on the hikes to mountains
, dogs
often follow us up till the peak?
Here are few photos with a furry friends

I appreciate @TusharSuradkar dada for providing this lovely and compassionate challenge for International Dog Day. It’s important to raise awareness about street dogs, and I occasionally aware friends and family about these dogs as well they’re not always kind of bad that people think of that. I appreciate you sharing this lovely challenge.thank you.

The dogs in various moods and times of the day give a glimpse of their daily life for everyone

I too do not have a dog at home, though our relatives had.
Thanks for sharing the helpful links to various places, though direct links to places on Google Maps are preferred.

Wonderful pets Rinku and Ruci

They do appear to be well taken care of.
I greatly appreciate you introducing them and sharing their lovely photos @Ru_pali4
Looking forward to seeing them in real soon at a meetup.
Thank you @Ru_pali4
Haha! The story behind the name is commonly heard of.
Many people buy a pet and are still not sure what to name them.
So, when the rabbit baby was brought home, we fed him carrots, and while eating the rabbit made ‘curr’ ‘curr’ sound.
Hence, we started calling it Curro

Hope you like it
@TusharSuradkar ji,

Thank you @GasparKaren
Sorry about the impression that the challenge is limited to Indian local guides,
It is only the gift pack that will be shipped within India.
Overseas shipping costs are too high - you can participate too
The challenge is open to all
@TusharSuradkar ji, Please confirm if my contribution is eligible
