Challenge Completed! Now I'm rolling on Level 8!

The first time I read @TraciC post on 14th February to save the date for Connect Live 2020, my heart was pounding. I thought the application would be opened on April or May just like the previous years, but turns out its on March! So soon…

I already have plan in my mind that before I apply for Connect Live I must reached Level 8 but how can I?. At a very short of time how could I reached level 8? I still have 3000 points to go. Then I challenged myself, yes I must reached Level 8 before applying no matter what.

Now here I am, at the same day the application link popped in my email, I reached Level 8. I even unlocked the Master Fact Finder Badge!

I am beyond happy that I completed my own challenge! I am proud of myself and thank you to my loving husband that he gave me some space to push up my points by letting me spend more time whenever we go somewhere to take pictures and review! Not to mention the staying up late until midnight editing places and roads.

Thank you Google for inventing Google Maps. At first I thought Google Maps was just a helping tools for commuter and travelers but then Google Maps and Local Guides program could help a stayed at home mom like me to bring out the best in me. Knowing that mothers can #contribute and #helping people to have a right directions on their trip has made me feel that everybody can spread kindness.

So, I’m ready to apply for Connect Live 2020 and I wish you all best of luck. Send your best application video and post on Local Guides Connect and I hope I can see you all on Connect Live 2020!
