Yesterday night I had a nice meeting with my friend Carlos(Nickname “Carlangas”), he is one of the greatest fisherman in town but he also is well-known for his Ceviche and he cooked some for me, just few people know how to prepare this Ceviche and believe me if they prepare right it is something you can’t stop eating!!!

Ceviche is an excellent appetizer but some people eat it as main course. Yes you can prepare at home, most important is to get very fresh ingredients (tomato, onion, coriander, lime juice, salt and pepper) mix all ingredients together and the secret is… (marinade baby shrimps with lime juice about 15-20 minutes salt and pepper) don’t forget to bring crackers
