Today, I’m happy to share a small but meaningful milestone in my Road Mapper journey.
I’ve officially reached a 99-day contribution streak on Google Road Mapper! Staying consistent every single day has been both enjoyable and rewarding.
Over the past year (August 5, 2025 – August 5, 2026), I’ve contributed 1,952 km of mapped roads and completed 3,069 challenges. My dashboard now shows both my Longest Streak and Current Streak at 99 days, starting from April 29, 2026.
During this streak, I had the opportunity to contribute to mapping projects in several countries, including Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, DR Congo and Myanmar. Watching my contributions grow little by little has been incredibly motivating, and it reminds me that even small daily efforts can make a real difference.
For me, this streak is more than just a number. It represents consistency, patience, and the habit of giving back to the global mapping community one day at a time. Every road we map helps improve Google Maps and makes navigation more useful for people around the world.
A big thank you to the Google Road Mapper team and the Local Guides Connect community for creating such an inspiring platform to learn, contribute, and celebrate our achievements together.
Now, I’m looking forward to reaching my 100-day streak tomorrow! ![]()
