Connect Live 2019, the flagship event for Local Guides, was held in San Jose, CA. There, 200 top Google Maps contributors from 64 countries and regions met to connect, learn, and celebrate their accomplishments.
Local Guides applied for the all-expenses-paid opportunity of a lifetime by submitting a complete application, including the creation of a 1-minute video responding to the 2019 prompts:

Creativity because it’s a must here on localguidesconnect and Google Maps. We like to share our own content with our own photos our in our own style writing… every post or review is created by us. This way, our creativity levels increase; We don’t stop developing it.
Diverstity: localguidesconnect and Google Maps is conformed from LGs from all around the World, with different languages, cultures, styles of life, ages… and these enriches us and our knowledge levels increase because we don´t stop learning.
This is the raw material from which the 200 lucky LGs were chosen …

It doesn’t matter where we are from, what really matter is what we do. In this, I agree with @AlejandraMaria , the creativity play a huge role. Be yourself, be original, show who you are.

Ofcourse, the the San Jose Meet was a rare eventful for attendees so far as the sence of creatively for novel ideas, but non attenders of LGs from the world also thrilled as if they were there.
