Caracas is a fascinatingly disorganized city, Venezuela or having been a general city at the time the colony did not receive the resources and attention that the vireinatos had for it its growth was modestly unbridled … if we forget for a moment the delinquency and other problems we can see a city of rude contrasts … a lack much to review in Google maps about this capital and I want to give me that task !!!
