Thank you for sharing these amazing photos, the place looks incredible! Is this your first visit there?

I love very much the blue ceramic on the last photo, which is even visible on several walls in the city of Porto. I think that there is a kind of resemblance with the one in Seville, don’t you think so?

Yes, this was our first visit in Portugal, we made a round trip from Lisboa to Braga and back, once among the hills, on the way back by the sea. Porto was indeed a highlight of this trip with its cultural and architectural diversity. besides Casa da Música I would strongly advise the Serralves Foundation

it’s a wonderful mix of contemporary and modern architecture and art with a fantastic garden and park.

…and back to the blue glazed ceramic tiles: they are called azulejos and can be found all around Portugal in every circumstances: from churches to metro stations :slight_smile: I guess it is a Portuguese influence (or just a common tradition) eith what one can find in Sevilla.
