In view of the partial lock down in Abakaliki Nigeria, looking inward is the way to go
I made this dish to keep body and soul together
Ingredients: Carrot, Spaghetti, Avacado Pear, Zobo drink (from Hibiscus leaves) and Peanuts
Boil and drain the spaghetti, place in a dish and add grated carrot, then garnish with Avacado Pear
For zobo drink, boil the Hibiscus leave, allow to cool then add sugar and ginger to taste.
