Hello all!
I will be heading to Cologne, Germany in the next few days and I have been going through various posts in search of great tips on how to improve your photos and videos in extremely crowded and wild places. I will have my Pixel 2 and DJI Osmo 2 in tow with me, and if you are familiar with the latter, it can prove a bit difficult to properly maneuver in crowded and tight areas.
If anyone has any tips, I would greatly appreciate them and I hope to share a short video montage of the festivities shortly after.

Hi @CaffeinatedPiglet . Sounds like you are technically ready.
Now it’s up to you to find the right spots from witch you’ll be stable enough and have the best view. If you ask me, in such situations, best pictures happen a little bit for above the crowd. Like from a terrace or a window.
@IrrPavlova I have considered that for some shots. Just afraid of missing out on all the action being removed from it. Was curious of what others would do to get their shots while still being a part of the crowd.
Thank you for you suggestion, hopefully I will find a good perch.
Schau mal.
