Hi Local Guides! I am the co founder of Vitalize, a collaborative fruit festival to raise awareness about the need for everyone to engage on Planetary Health and Ecosystem Regeneration 
The fruitarian and raw vegan communities in Brazil are trying to grow the movement here where we have the Amazon Forest but somehow Brazil is a huge exporter of cattle and the amazon is being destroyed because of the profit for agribusiness. We are trying to bring the focus of Brazilian food BACK TO THE FRUIT where it belongs.
