Your question need to be addressed to the Google My Business

If you are here to represent your Business, and by mistake you joined the local Guides Community, please be informed that Businesses cannot be part of the program. This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
If so, you can close your Local guide account from here: https://maps.google.com/localguides/home/settings

Keep in mind, Local Guides is a voluntary program and many people participate in it because they want to be able to help others via the Google Maps platform. You can read more - Why be a Local Guide?. If you would like to participate as a person you are always welcome to be part of the forum and share your stories with us. However, if your purpose is participating as business, just as @ErmesT advised you, you should exit the program.
