When I was growing up my mother used to say “get me my flowers now baby, I can’t smell them when I’m in the grave.”
I get so excited when I know springtime is arriving. All the wonderful fragrances from the blooming flowers and trees. Yo! it smells so good. The happy one for different scents. Not my allergies. lol.
Yes, of course I get out my cell phone so that I can get the best looking flowers in the neighborhood. #Phonecamers it’s quite a challenge when taking pictures with yourself phone but if you’re willing to do the work you can really get some great shots. With the camera phones of today in 2018/19 you can get some great size pixels.
Using your cam phone of course it’s very small so getting into your subjects means you might have to get a little dirty. When it comes to taking pictures of flowers. The nitty gritty is yes, you have to lean into it especially if the flower is small as your finger nail.
Don’t be afraid to get up in there and get those great shots. Try to lean am in different angles. Position yourself in different ways so that you can see different views of the flower(s).
I love taking pictures all types of flowers during different times of days. I specially love the morning with the dew still on the flowers.
I appreciate semi cloudy days too.
