Capturing Nature's Perfect Imperfection

Don’t hesitate taking pictures of things that might look imperfect to you.

Most of the time, those subtle imperfections will make your work standout from the crowd. Usually, we aim for perfection but that might not bring reality to your photos.

I get close enough to what I’m trying capture to allow it to shine by itself. Since I take advantage of the natural light, I use my umbrella to cover any excess light. The umbrella help me keep the image clear and bright.

Looking for things that look imperfect helps me get a closer look at certain details that I might miss if I only focus on perfection.

Getting close enough, without being intrusive, helps me capture the main features I’m trying to get.

I hope these tips will help you improving the quality of your work.
