Can't write reviews or add videos

Hi,

I can’t write a review to a place directly. If Google suggests it, I can write a review, otherwise I can’t write a review by going to the review section. I did it before so many times.

I can’t add videos as well. I could do it before. When I go the photos section, there is no place for adding photos or videos. I could find a place under updates, by visitors which I could add just photos not videos.

Would you help me with these problems?

Can you share a link and screenshot of one of the places you are trying to add a review and photos/videos so I can try here from my end for you.

Hi @AminRad

Your photos are very small so be aware of this in future so that you always chose the large option when adding screenshot photos to posts (see my example screenshots below) and as well as full details (e.g. the name of the place), add the link from the Share option on a place to share the link with us. However, from your photos I managed to find one place: hotel Zaara, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria and the Share link is: https://goo.gl/maps/5JbuadN3uFsp1Bvf7 with such information anyone can find the place much more easily than a a tiny screenshot.

Anyway on Windows desktop I can say that I can (1) Write a review:

and (2) Add photos:

So lets just focus on this one place, that is hotel Zaara. Can you please let me know:

Do you see these options to Write a review and Add a photo?
Can you try this on desktop as I have done?
If on mobile please check that you have the latest Google Maps update and clear your cache. The details here will help you with this.

Thank you for your explanation.

I had problem with all the places and the screenshots were examples. Anyhow I could find the places for putting my reviews and videos. Previously, I could do them directly from the place page on Google maps but now, I have to go to contribute page and on top of the page there are options for writing reviews and putting photos (including videos).
