I follow around 13k people but now I cannot access the profile I am following

Google Maps put a limit on how many we can follow. The limit is set at 10.000, so I believe this could be causing the problem you encounter.
Looking at your profile will also not show me the list of people you follow.
Quite a few of your reviews are hidden. And I noticed that you have uploaded 50 photos with you recent reviews. And they are reviews from all over the globe. The photos are from different seasons, some looks like they were taken from a drone. And the picture quality makes me wonder if you are aware of the photo rules.
We can only upload photos we have taken our selves after actually visiting the places. Many of your reviews sound like you looked up the information online, and you rarely share any details proving that you actually visited the places. And I doubt you visited New Yourk city, Dubai, Turkey, and many sites in India in the past 3 hours.
If your reviews are not based on your personal experience from visiting in person and the photos were not taken by you, you should delete all such contributions ASAP to protect your account.

@MortenCopenhagen Thank u.tell me deleting my reviews can help me regain my account tell. And I am editing all my reviews like they have 20 words and now I make them to 150 words for more explanation that’s why it is showing all are posted in 3 hrs. I generally post all my weekly or bi weekly reviews on one day only and all the photos of all time i have they are from this time and also 2 to 3 years old. That is another problem. I become a local guide in 2018 but i was not regular then .
What’s the photo quality rule
pls elaborate or can we not post our drone photo.

You have not been suspended. And if you are asking if your list of who you are following will come back if you remove reviews of places you have not visited the answer is: proabably not.
Please check if you can see see those you follow while using another platform.
I shared bunch of tips on typical review violations here. Even in your longer reviews I don’t see that you include text that prove you have been there.
And you can learn a lot about the photo rules here.

In fact me too I can only see three of the people you follow. However, I would honestly consider this a small issue, compared with the one you have with your photo.
You may not see aware of the amazing functions of a google search and of Google maps for web. They can tell us a lot on interesting things:
- The very first photo uploaded in maps by you appear to be taken on October 2022.
- Several of your photos are very popular in the web, even if appear to be taken with a different date, and from a different author. Even if we are talking about famous places photographed by a lot of people, every photo has details that makes that photo unique, like a shadow, a cloud, a bird flying in the sky, or a person with a green raincoat entering in the scene. Well, the Community policy is very clear about this (I have highlighted in bolt what is related to your contributions):

Be trustworthy. Contributions must be based on real experiences and information. Deliberately fake edits, copied or stolen photos, off-topic answers, defamatory language, personal attacks, and unnecessary or incorrect edits are all in violation of our policy. If you see this behavior, please report it. Users who abuse this trust will be removed from the Local Guides program.

Users who duplicate photos across locations, or post images that infringe on copyrights, will also be removed.

This give a small space to you for fixing the issues. As today is Sunday this will give you 24 hours before a Googler check your profile. They will do it for checking your issue about followers, but what do you think they will do when they will see the huge amount of stolen photos, also uploaded several times to get more points?

It was a very good decision to remove all stolen photos and questionable reviews.
Please elaborate on what you mean by fully functional. As already mentioned I doubt your issue with following more than the 10.000 people will be fixed. What you will avoid is being kicked out of the Local Guides Program.
Did you check if you can see more of the list of who you follow from another platform?

@MortenCopenhagen @ErmesT other person reply me that he also able to see only 11 person in my following list. Is there any email or support to talk to authorities. Regarding location history I generally switch off location due to battery usage problem and uploaded all photos together irrespective of time , month and date.

No, Google does not offer individual / personal support to Maps users.

By platforms I mean the three platforms:
- The Google Maps Android App
- The Google Maps IOS App (for iPhones and iPads)
- The WEB version of Google Maps (typically used on Computers)

Do the 13.000 profiles you follow mean a lot to you?
If you are experiencing other problems with your account, then now would be a good time to consider starting over with another account.
I have shared some tips on how best to leave the Local Guides Program here. It will help you understand the consequences and select which leave method is best for you.
But it is not an easy decision to make. It can have unwanted consequences for you related to many other Google services sugh as Mail, drive, photos and much more.
I suggest you take a listen to a podcast by the LocalGuidesGuru. The title Level 5 in a Day is one I think you will love.
