Can't see responses to my reviews

Though I get alerts that business owners have responded to my reviews, no matter where I look on the app or my account I cannot see these responses. I see responses to everyone else’s reviews but not my own.

There was a thread about this very situation but it appears to have spontaneously fixed itself for the person it affected and I can’t even post to it. My problem has continued for months. As a local guide, I think seeing these responses would be important.

Perhaps going to my computer would help this, but I think that such a necessity would be counterintuitive and inconvenient.

Please make sure to have the last version of the App Installed and try to clear cache and cookies.

The notification of the response should appear also on “Updates > Notifications” in your App

There is an issue with these notifications as described here.

So if you need to see what the business replied, please check on a Desktop computer for now.
