Can't change opening hours on Maps

Hi !

I’d need some help.

Hello,

The doctor in a nearby village recently asked me to help him change the opening hours of his practice on Maps.

The problem is that he is open every day, including Sundays and holidays.

He would like this to be known.

But Google says “closed on Sundays” and the changes I recommend are never taken into account.

The doctor himself wrote a comment in which he indicated this, I sent photos with the complete timetable: in vain!

What else can I do?

Best thing to do is to invite the doctor to “claim his business” in Google My Business , @DBG07 . In this way he will be able to better manage his business listing.

In addition, have you tried to upload a photo where the name of the business and the opening hours are indicated.

The AI is able to read the content of the photo, and sometimes a “physical evidence” works better than changing the hours manually
