Howdy all.
It’s been a year or so since I needed to add a business view 360 photos.
In the Street View app, I upload the images and submit, however they stay in my private folder…
I don’t receive an error message or anything - and the ‘publish’ option remains…
Any help would be great thank you!

Did you know that you can add a 360 photo using google maps app too. Don’t worry this will also count with your 360 contribution or in SVT app too.

I need to be able to ‘join’ the images. I did not think you could do that with the maps add…
I should also note that you can only select ‘camera’ or ‘folder’ (folders on phone) - you cannot select ‘drive’ where all my panos are located.
- Edit, I updated files Exif metadate - this did not fix.

You mean to say before uploading you want to connect photos with each other? If yes then you can do it after uploading too.

Problem is pressing ‘PUBLISH’ is not doing anything.
I did not have this problem when submitting some last year.
@StevieRayBeerCrawl Will suggest you to update the SV app to the latest version if not already. Then clear cache by going to your phone settings if you are on Android. I am not sure if there is a.clear cache in iOS though.
@deepakjhic is correct, you can also upload the photos through Google Maps, and should still be able to access the same photos through the SV app. I checked some of my photos I uploaded through Maps app and looks like I am able to find them in SV app to move and join.
Can you try these.
If your photo upload in SV still fails, you can send Feedback through the SV app menu.

I confirm I have latest version of app (only re downloaded it 2 days ago)
To bug test, I have restarted phone (s9), then gone to phone settings and cleared cache
I open street view app > click ‘+’ to add photos > select my drive > select the five photos. >click import
I have 5 x 360 photos – All under 25mb – All 15000 x 7500px
I click ’ private’ tab > select group > click ‘add a maps listing’ > select ‘Tapworks Bar and Grill’
select ‘publish all’…
The upload bar only seems to get to 20% per image before it goes to the next image…
No error shows.
The photos remain in my ‘private’ folder
For anyone that has this issue, it seems to be the image. My original images were 21,000px wide (2:1) - why? because zooming in foo clarity.
I searched but could not find 'MAX resolution size.
I dropped to 15,000 px - still did not upload.
Dropping to 12,000 px seems to work
