When trying to insert photos from the Library into Connect posts, the Library appears empty! Is this a new problem on Connect?

I have tried myself (I usually don’t use photo from the library) and it appear completely empty.

I also rarely use it @ErmesT but have seen other LGs hitting the 1000 photo limit and was suggesting that they might look at the Library as another option. Thank you for tagging @AngieYC perhaps I should have done so in the first place!
Yes @MortenCopenhagen it is missing on both desktop and mobile and as you will have seen the powers that be are on to it now!
The Library is still empty @AngieYC and @ErmesT . It would help many approaching the 1000 Connect photo limit if this could be fixed.

We would like to update you that the photo library section is completely removed and we recommend Local Guides to use their original photos here on Connect. Please refer to the update in this article.
Thanks for letting me know @AngieYC . Given that the Connect Photo Library has been completely removed and given the problem that many LGs have on Connect with the 1000 photo limit, as many like me store their photos on Google Photos, it would be great if when we embed photos from Google Photos on our Connect posts, that they appear in the thumbnails of our posts throughout the Connect website as for example, in topic front pages - at the moment photos embedded from Google Photos to our Connect posts using HTML do not appear with our post thumbnails! If you will bare with me, I will also add this comment to the referred post.
