I’m looking for some help please. I visited a local park yesterday which is listed on Google Maps and I’ve got some photos to add to this place, but there’s no option either from searching on Google Maps to ‘add photos’ or I’ve gone into my profile to add photos that way and the ‘post’ button is place grey rather than black so cannot be added this way.
Similary there’s no option on the desktop version via two internet browsers to do so.
Is there a way I can add photos to this place please?
While a place may be shown on Google Maps if there is no Write a review or Add a photo option then you should not try to do so. Did you first try to add the park using the Add a missing place option (on desktop right click the park and select the Add a missing place option)? However, I must add that there are certain places of interest on Google Maps where only Google can edit or add photos to. You can send feedback and suggest the changes you’d like to make. On mobile, simply click the Google Maps App menu and Send feedback and on Desktop, select the Edit map option on the main menu and then select the Missing place option!
