I understand the Ichchampally project,i.e. a pumped-storage power generation reservoir is yet to come into existence.
That’s quite clear in the satellite view.
Someone has created a spot, possibly during the Mapmaker days. However, that doesn’t qualify to be a Point of Interest. Hence, there is no need to upload any photos here.
If you wish to define that as a scenic spot, suggest an edit & create a new one.
People have used a workaround to upload photos at this spot. However, that’s highly objectionable.

Notwithstanding the reply by my dear friend @C_T , and for your future reference, instead of here in Photography I think your post should be placed under the How-tos topic of Connect as that is where you raise questions like this with other Local Guides and where you would likely get a much wider response. You can change the topic of your post yourself and as shown in How to change the Topic of your post it’s simple to do.
