I am trying to add our historical village cemetery named “Katırcı Mezarlığı” located in Çanakçı/Giresun, Turkey (Coordinates: WX4X+65G Çanakçı, Giresun).
However, because my own surname is “Katırcı” (Yasin Katırcı), the automated system thinks I am trying to add a fake place or personal property, and it instantly auto-rejects my edits every time. Even when I tried from a different local guide account to bypass the name-match filter, it got rejected immediately because the coordinates are now likely flagged as spam.
This is a legitimate public cemetery. I have attached the actual photos of the cemetery with location data, as well as screenshots of the auto-rejected edits.
Could a moderator please review my proof and manually approve/add this location to the map?
The issue is not that your name is the same of the village. The real problem is that Google Cannot Verify the Edit. Due to the large amount of contributions (there are 500+ million of Local Guides) the verification id fully automated, and based on the possibility to find some information online to confirm your edit.

Exactly, without any digital confirmation, Google will not be able to approve the edit.
In addition, several attempts to add the same listing can flag your account as suspicious.
In the past there were less restrictions about adding cemeteris, and the result was that in some place hundreds of tombs were added inside already existing cemeteries, causing a huge confusion in Google Maps.
Sorry, but we can’t add places without having a personal knowledge of them.
But of course the cemetery can be added by the public local administration of your area, through the https://contentpartners.maps.google.com/
The program is reserved to “organizations who have authoritative geospatial data for their region.”.
Normally an addition made by them is approved very quickly, and on the meantime they can add also the name of the streets in the area, that are missing
