Cannot Access GSV Trusted Badge

So, I saw similar posts on this but no help for my case.

I’ve completed the 50 photo requirements and received the following email exactly one week ago:

However, none of the links seem to work and I don’t seem to find a way to access and download the badge. How am I supposed to get that?

Also, it says that applications to Online Index are suspended at the moment which doesn’t make much sense for me since there is literally only one contact in my area.

How should I proceed? Any help is greatly appreciated

As mentioned in the email you need to wait for a week to get access. Did you do so?

Secondly from November 20, 2020, the support for the Street View Trusted Photographers is no longer active in Local Guides Connect.

You should soon be able to visit the new Street View trusted Help Center.

You should have access to the new site. If not, please let us know after the week has passed.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

As @MortenCopenhagen mentioned, you should wait for 5 days to receive your access. Please make sure that you are logged in with your trusted account when trying to enter the new Help Center, as the site is restricted to trusted users only. If it doesn’t work, please let me know so I can contact the responsible team.

As per the online list, the Street View program is still under revamp so no new applications are being accepted right now. When you have the access, I will share with you the link for the trusted materials.

I received the email on March 29th, so 9 days have now passed and still no access to the links on the form.

P.S.: Please don’t forget to tag when responding to someone. This way the other person gets a notification and is able to view your answer right away. You can do it by putting the symbol “@” in front of the nickname.
