I’m planning my first local guide meet-up in Kolkata on 21st Jan 2024. The purpose of this event is to capture the activities we get to see on the streets of Kolkata during winter morning. Yes, you got me right, we are doing street photography. We will cover the Maidan area. Below are the details -
Date - 21st Jan 2024 (Sunday)
Meet-up Time - 8 am
Meet-up Duration - 8 am to 9:30 am
Where to Meet - In front of Victoria Memorial Hall’s Ticket Counter (Opposite Maidan)

Thank you everyone for encouraging. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my travel plan to Kolkata this month. Hope to re-organize this meet-up, whenever I can visit Kolkata again.

Also, previously I had submitted a form for the meet-up. I haven’t received any response yet but is there anything else I should do to Cancel it?

I think it’s enough that you shared the announcement of cancelation of the event here. And I’m not sure if you can see any option of cancelation of the event in Meet-up announcement section. If you are seeing any option there, so cancel it there also.
