A Quest For The Hidden Treasures Of Nakuru County Our mission is to go on an adventure whose prime goal is to explore and uncover less known yet precious sites that dot the touristy Nakuru County. We’ll take a short trip to the Menengai Caves, which we hope to register on Google Maps, an action we believe will expose the site’s distinctive attributes not just to the locals but also to the rest of the world. As Local Guides from Kenya, we hope to create and increase awareness about helpful and beautiful sites in our communities and encourage others to join Local Guides communities. We shall meet at Nyayo Gardens for about 30 minutes (1130hrs to 1200hrs) for introductions. You are all welcome. Bring as many guests as you wish. N.B: Bring along your fully charged phones (and power banks) because this is going to be not just adventurous but also the most stimulating Geo Walk ever held in Nakuru.

Good Evening Guys, I’m extremely sorry to inform you that our walk which was scheduled for 15th of this month won’t happen due to unavoidable situations. I enjoyed the response and willingness by all of the local guides in my area to take part in the walk but the commitments by the majority of us this weekend put to a halt the possibility of all of us being available for the walk. Is the walk off the table now? Definitely not. I’ll find another suitable date and communicate soon.
