This is my 2nd meetup with Google Local Guides. Presenting to you in Chinatown Crawl style - Dine, Shop and Desserts all in one night. This time, we are going with Taiwanese Food. Typically, July is Time for Taiwan Restaurant Month. It’s the busiest time for tourists take a flight to Taiwan for the food. In United States, we go to Chinatown. We have a unique Chinatown in Houston. There are more Taiwanese restaurants compared with other major cities. I would like to start this evening by introducing Tainan Bistro at Metropole Center. At 6:30 pm, the guests will get to sample Taiwan’s finest teas, fruits and Tainan’s popular dishes before you head to the counter to place your order. After dinner, we’ll walk about 200 steps to Olympic Chinese Bakery for your favorite Taiwanese pastries. After that, we’ll stop at Snow Star Ice for a short bubble milk tea break before we head to Jusgo Supermarket to do some grocery shopping.
