Hey all! If you’re not familiar with a ABC food crawl here’s the rundown. A:Appetizer at location A B:Main course at location B C:Desert and drinks at location C The reason behind this is to experience varying types of cuisine and become somewhat familiar with an area. So if you know of a place that has a great cheese platter for an appetizer then know of another place that has a a banging burger and then another place with some rad crepes then you’ve just done the ABC’s. The first ABC food run will be in Peekskill. Easy access from all of westchester and the northern and southern metro north and Amtrak train lines. Our first stop is A: Taco Dive bar for their hush puppies: Lanza Farms goat cheese, jalapeño & corn filling, Sriracha honey dipping sauce. Our Second stop is down the street at B: The Peekskill Brewery for their PB Burger. Two 5 oz. Beef Patties, Cheddar, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Beer Braised Onion, Garlic Aioli, Brioche. No modifications or substitutions. Our Final stop is C: The Hudson Creamery for Desert. This small shop has an extensive selection of sweets. I won’t ruin it for you guys keep this one a surprise , it’s worth it. I have posted a limit of 15 because taco dive bar is fairly small but if more people come, so be it. We’ll make it up as we go.
