Can you help me changing an address?

Hey guys… Could you help me to get an edit through?
I’m actually Level 7 and I don’t know why my edits are ignored, I’d appreciate your help.

This train station has a random wrong address and ZIP code from a different village in another state of Austria.

The correct address would be:
Bahnhofstraße 8
4820 Bad Ischl

I tried editing it several times over months, even from different accounts. But all edits are either declined or still pending.

There are also two locations for the Bus-Terminal that should be merged, same problem

Hi @a_kep

Trainstations are managed by local train companies in a partnership with Google Maps. This allows live timetables to be shown on Maps. But is also means that we can not edit such places.

You will need to reach out to the train conpanu and suggest they fix the problem.

By the way, adding address information in the name field is not allowed. This should also be corrected.

I contacted the austrian state railways ÖBB, they say they don’t have access and can’t change it.

The station has live data.

That means that they do have a partnership with Google Maps as described here:
Google Maps has a program enabling local and regional partners to upload their data directly and automatically. Please learn more here: Google Maps Content Providers
Examples include municipalities and public transport providers.

So I’m about 95% sure that you did not reach the right person.
