Hello,
I usually provide reviews in Google Map and sometimes in Tripadvisor. Can I copy/paste the same review I wrote across both applications or is this an infringement with risk of automatic rejection by the AI system?
Thank you
Gilles
PS: Apology if this is in the wrong thread. Not very familiar yet with posting

Hi @Gillesc10
No need to apologize - you posted in the perfect section of Connect.
Great question.
I remember trying to help a Local Guide with this exact problem. Her long reviews got hidden because she cross-posted them on several platforms. I don’t recall how it ended, but we did discuss if using the same username across the platforms could help.
@supersupergirl would you care to share your experience on this?
All the best
Morten

Thank you @MortenCopenhagen . Hopefully there is a way to make it work.

Hi there!
Still not sorted after all these years so I’ve given up with reviews as they simply don’t appear.
Even if I do write something new and not on tRipadvisor, anything I submit simply goes in the black hole
except for photos.
Been trying for the past couple of months and no reviews show since August last year I think.
Also if you have too much time and post many reviews and photos in a short time.
You also get punished coz that happened to my fd during lockdown when he felt like supporting shops etc.

Thank you @supersupergirl and @MortenCopenhagen !
I also had a lot of reviews removed and I believe I triggered the system for the same reasons initially as you did (by issuing a lot of reviews when I was travelling to Europe) but also by not respecting some rules like price mention which I learnt afterward by reading more closely rules. That’s said, you also probably got hit by a bug in the engine since yours were removed last year. Bug has been fixed last month, at least to some extent, based on Google update. You should double check they are compliant and try to get them re-instated by posting to the thread Local Guides Connect - UPDATED: Known issue: [RESOLVED] Unpublished revie… - Local Guides Connect
have a great weekend both!

I also forgot to mention that my wife has been posting for past 3 months her reviews on both Google and Tripadvisor and all her reviews have been published. Not that they might remove them later on, but at least the removal is not immediate. I’ll wait few months more to see what happen on her end and will do the same if it sticks.
