Can not save compass directions in "move and connect"

I have several 360 photos for walk guide. When I use “move and connect” feature in Streetview app to connect them in sequence and adjust the original built-in compass data. I found that the app could not save the new adjusted compass directions. Does any one have the same problem? I’m using theta S. How can I adjust it?

Having the same issue. It’s been over a month .Is there at least a way we can install previous version of app? Uninstall update option won’t work.

I’ve had some better luck using the PC. I downloaded the Nox phone emulator, then downloaded the last working version of Google street view apk. The app will still crash sometimes, but it’ll work about 1 in 4 times.

So you moved it to how to, great, why is it a problem, and how do I fix it? Orientation of my spheres also reverts back to random fixed direction , won’t stay aligned to my move and connect setting … Help !

same issue a year later and no less than 12 tries to resolve directions, including completely deleting and re setting up tour many times. how do I delete second post…Grrrr so frustrated with google

After what seems like 18 months of no updates to the streview App we get two updates within a couple of months… HOWEVER Google still haven’t fixed this issue… this seems to be affecting a lot of the users and completely reduces the functionality of the app. Why are google not concerned with resolving this issue? Until the recent updates I thought that Google approach was to slowly and quietly mothball the app… but the update gave me hope, but it seems like its false hope… GOOGLE? Whats the plan here?
