Can not add photos to a Park

I have some photos and would like to add it to this park and it does not have an option(looks like this:

There is another park nearby (similar to this) and it has all options (including adding photos) like any other place in the map:

The only difference I see here is the category of the problematic park is empty. If that’s the only issue, how to update the category as there is no “suggest an edit” option either?

Please keep in mind there are certain items on Google Maps that you cannot edit and these include landmarks, established points-of-interests or even the names of a city/town - Only Google can edit these although you can always send feedback and suggest your changes through Google maps. To send feedback you can follow these steps below:

Find the location in question on the map.

Click the hamburger icon ☰

Click Send feedback => **Choose your relevant feedback **

If you are looking to add or edit the name of a place though (like a business), you can do that by following the steps outlined here.

If you are looking to report an error on the map - please review the instructions in the Help Center here.

I posted it as the same kind of place has options, but this one does not. I have reported as a problem now

Parks are generally controlled by Local government or council when posted or placed on Google Maps and from what I’ve seen and understand, all are not editable or can have photo’s added to them though some can have an extra POI added to them specially if they include a playground area.
