To become street view trusted can I use my business Google account to upload the photos and gain street view trusted badge? Or does it have to be a personal Google account?

A Street View Trusted Photographer is first of all a local Guide @user_not_found , and a Local Guide is an individual.

This post will give you a detailed explanation, but in any case remember that, according to the program Rules, a Local guide can only have ONE account: How to be a Street View trusted photographer while also being a Local Guide
According to that post, please edit your profile name: “Choose a profile photo and username that represents who you are. People want to connect with other people, not a logo or business name. Accounts with photos that are obviously branded as businesses may be flagged by the community. To see how you can update your Google account, check the “Change your username” and “Change your profile photo**” section in the Gmail Help Center.”
