hi sir, nice article and i have a small question, please answer me,my friend have a shop and there have a 3000 products and my friend is not a google local guide, so can i upload all products with price to review photo place ?

In any case the answer is no, you should not. What if tomorrow the price change? Will you take the responsibility to remove/replace the photos?
The fact that your friend is not a local guide is irrelevant. Being a business owner, your friend can join the Google my Business program, that is specifically reserved for businesses, to better promote his activity in Google Maps. Please read My business to better understand how a business can manage his activity for free in Google Maps

Reviews and photos should always be genuine and reflect your personal experience no matter the situation. Don’t forget that by pointing out the good and bad sides of a certain location, you are helping others as well. You should always be authentic and accurate and review only a place you really visited, explaining why you’ve liked or disliked it. More information on reviews can be found here. Make sure to also check this article, where you will see what photos should be uploaded to Google Maps. Have in mind that we do not recommend uploading so many photos on Google Maps, as they can be considered spam. I also want to point out that you shouldn’t review your own or friend’s business. To build-up a business account it is best to contact Google My Business.
