I am glad and proud to be the Google Local guide’s applicant. I like to work as social, nonprofit, volunteer member. I want to know the answer to a question by Google Administrator, Google Moderator attention and Connected Moderators. I know the language of a few countries. Can I post to another language without my own mother tongue? I can understand the language of Arabic, English, Hindi, Bangla, Spanish etc. I hope to read and write well.

Sure you can write in other languages. You are very welcome to do so. Just remember to set the language tag under your post. The following post is probably also relevant for you to read:

Connect allows translation of any post into 108 different languages.
Nevertheless, you should express your thoughts in a language in which you are comfortable & confident.
However, I have noted many a time that the translation is not perfect always.
Thus, in my opinion, the best strategy would be:
If you are targeting a small local segment, then write in a language in which the viewers are comfortable.
Else, if you wish to address the global community, then use a language which can act as the best link.

Ada fasilitas Google Translate yang bisa menterjemahkan ke dalam banyak bahasa.

As @C_T also mentioned, Connect allows translation of other languages so you can post on every language that you want.
