As per my knowledge it cannot be combined ie.,gmail accounts cannot be clubbed

I do agree with what @Amupicture mentioned. There is no way to combine local guide accounts. Do you know having multiple account is against program rules. I recommend you to keep single account and leave program from rest accounts.
