@Afra_Muhammad check for email preferences in .https://maps.google.com/localguides/howto Confirm that you have ticked for your email updates .

After checking your Google email settings, check your email for spam or unsubscribed mail. Sometimes, things get marked as spam when you get many emails from one account (like Google maps) and are not opening the emails it is possible your email is automatically marking it as spam.
But definitely check your Google email preferences first. Good luck!

As @raghava01 mentioned, we encourage Local Guides to check their email-settings and update/monitor their email preferences as well as their spam or promotions folder.
You can always tag a Google Moderator for assistance. I shared the link to the list with all our usernames.
