Dear friends of connect community,

How can I miss you all on this Sunday. The conversation topic would be on home made Pidakia , a very popular sweet cuisine of northern India .

First, it’s filled with dried milk then get fried in oil .as the picture shows. Its taste is sweet and crispy, so everyone like it very much.

I am uploading this for your views.

You fill it up with dried milk but in Odisha we fill it up with grated coconut fried with sugar or jaggery. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful post @ShekharMuz_5 .
