So When I Mark “General Education Sanatorium Boarding School” on a map it change sign to “?” What does it mean?

- open the place in Maps
- use the share icon
- then copy the URL
- and paste it here

@shomugger thanks for sharing. I experienced the same thing yesterday when I tried to add a new apartment and road here in Nairobi. My assumption was that this was an attempt for Google to automatically pick the GPS coordinates of the place I was in but am not really sure. Am keen to see the responses you will get here so that I can learn a thing or two myself.

That just looks like a mis-drawn artefact on the Map @shomugger probably a left over from Map Maker days. I’ve submitted a feedback about it. You could do that too.

From what I can see the POI looks normal now. For that reason I will be marking @PaulPavlinovich 's comment as a solution, so other Local Guides can see that this issue has been resolved.
