Publishing through Pano2VR for the first time. Wanted to see if it was uploading correctly with connections.

Cheers,

George

Hi, @GeorgeM2

I want to inform you that Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect.

In any case you con’t need a moderator to check your submission, you can simply open your link in an incognito window ans see if it works. Connections may not appear immediately, give two days to see if everything is fine and, if not, you should check with the Pano2RV technical support site.

You should address your query on the new Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only

Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Street View Moderator for granting the access to your profile.

In there, by checking the news and announcements section you will be informed about all the updates of the program

@ErmesT Ah gotcha. So Google has moved to a no support basis like most tech companies. Appreciate the help

You are welcome, @GeorgeM2

Not really, , George, it is more a separation between street level and businesses.

Street View moved back to the origin, prioritizing the Street Level.

The new Street View App removed the functionality for connecting photos, so if a Street View photographer wants to make a tour will have to use a third party software, like in your case, and asking for support directly to the software producer.

This makes sense, if you wants to make your for businesses.

Interesting. So all Google provides is the API for third party software to upload the panos and pertinent metadata to properly connect the panos, yes? I figured it was only a matter of time before Google dropped support for tour making with all the third party softwares popping up over the years.

Appreciate the help.
