Im impressed about the dishes as in other countries theyre most likely lunch or dinner. Could you please tell the recipe of your favorite?

We eat omelette, french toast, some sandwiches or oatmeal for breakfast in Hungary, but they are not that interesting like yours.

Thank you for your interesting on my dishes, yes of cause, the most Cambodian people always have breakfast like a fried pork with rich, noodle soup, porridge with dry fish, but this Num Banh chuk is Khmer foods traditional very longtime ago.

Ingredients

pickled rhizome rice sticks (noodle) lemon grass garlic affirm lime leaf catfish turmeric salt/sugar/msg prahok (fermented fish) green onion Condiments Green beans bean sprouts papaya cucumber You can also add in banana flower. We didn’t have any with us. Crushed chili Limes/Lemons

Thank you for the recipe, I hope I can find all the ingredients to try it because Im so interested in traditional cuisine. I have never seen banana flower in the shop, but Im going to check where can I find it.
