I am ready to host the event. I can arrange ACE College of Engineering, Thiruvallom as the Venue. There is a 300 seat AC Auditorium with a Video wall and very good net connection. We can conduct live Mapping session too. Let me know if this is feasible.

I think there will not be a big crowd. Shall meet at a coffee shop next week. Say 25th 6 pm? How many people responded here? The maximum is that number. Usually half of them will turn out.
