Cabbage chop

Ingredients:

Cabbage, potatoes, green chilly, garlic, ginger, Besan, edible oil, spices ( Indian) , salt

Methodology:

  1. Mince the cabbage into fine size & boil it.

  2. Mix boiled potatoes, green chilly, ginger, garlic, salt and spices with the minced boiled Cabbage and finally make a dough.

  3. Mix little water with the besan in a bowl and make a sticky solution

  4. Take some dough , soak in the besan liquid and allow it to be fried in edible oil in frying pan.

  5. Serve it with Puffed rice or :coffee:

Fry in excess amount of edible oil

Served with Puffed rice
