Folks,
I am struggling with some of the stupid questions Maps asks. One which particular idiotic question is “which floor is xxxx located on” when the business has multiple floors. So for example I visited Rustic last night
which is located on two floors… yet its not possible to tell google this. I have sent feed back multiple times but totally ignored. Very frustrated…
… also questions like “does x sell christmas tree” well at christmas, yes, but its June so not now…
Mit den Etagen habe ich auch so meine Probleme. Zwar gibt es ja auch noch die Antwort alles nicht zutreffend aber das passt auch so gar nicht. Alles in allem ist die Auswahl verbesserungswürdig. Ich hätte auch noch in vielen Fällen Hochparterre anzubieten.

I think the best you can do is indicate None of the above, or the lowest of the floors, or do as suggested in my screenshots below.

Hi @Dave-XXL , I agree with @MortenCopenhagen . Normally I indicate the most relevant entrance (normally the lowest one).
Regarding Christmas trees it is mid November here in Italy and Christmas trees are already on sale, or are you referring to a question that is dive months old?
