Hi community!
I am reaching out to report a serious issue regarding potentially fake or fraudulent reviews on the Google Maps listing for “Leaf Village & Farm - Làng Lá”. The page currently shows a significant number of 5-star reviews that exhibit clear patterns indicating manipulation or fake engagement.

Specific issues observed:

  1. Most reviewers giving high ratings have created accounts that posted only this single review, which strongly suggests these accounts were created solely to inflate the business rating artificially.
  2. Many positive reviews do not contain specific details about the place or services, frequently consisting of generic praises like “Great place,” “Amazing experience,” or similar vague comments.
  3. Attached images in these reviews often lack concrete evidence of an actual visit. The photos generally appear to be random or generic, failing to confirm genuine customer interaction.

These observations raise strong suspicion of coordinated fake reviews, clearly violating Google’s policies on fake engagement and spam content.

I kindly ask for Google moderators or Product Experts to review this listing closely. Authentic customer feedback is critical for Google Maps’ integrity, and this kind of manipulation severely undermines user trust.

Or here is no google moderators, could you please share steps how to properly inform google about this issue.

There is no need to specifically report this to Google employees. Google employees also see this but remain silent. It does not take superior intelligence to notice this. A person of average intelligence can easily notice it. In Türkiye, where I live, there are many factories and businesses that have been given 5 stars with one comment. There is not even any text in these comments. Moreover, these comments are made simultaneously. I reported this to Google with proof, but nothing has changed.
