Burlington is lovely University town in Vermont. Personally, I did not have good memories on American food before visiting here, however, this time for the first time, I felt foods in US can be good, if you choose right place. I am quite certain Burlington is the right place to taste one of the best foods in the States.
I only visited 3 places as below,
- American flatbread Burlington Hearth :Great Italian type Pizza, the salads are super nice too. Italian style pizza, but best, even better than the ones that I had in Italy.

- Shelburne Farm: They have nice place where you can enjoy food and some drinks with the fantastic view. I felt like I was at the Green Gable! The wines and beers are good here. According to my local friend, Burlington has quite good breweries. I am sure the beers are also good, in this town.

- The Great Northern : I am not able to describe what kind of food they are specialized here… but quite regular western food. (I won’t say American food because I do not see any typical type for that). But I can tell this place is also one of the best I have ever eaten in US.
